Freight Rate Program Jack Cartwright, Incorporated offers an optional guaranteed freight rate program. Delivery is via common carrier with all merchandise cartoned. Freight charges are precalculated and added to original invoice. This optional guaranteed freight program enables purchasers to predetermine freight charges when ordering and provides ease of handling associated freight charges on a single Cartwright invoice. Merchandise is shipped f.o.b. High Point, freight prepaid and allowed via common carrier. Title of goods changes when merchandise leaves Cartwright dock. Shipments outside the U.S. (continental 48 states) are shipped freight collect. Special rates are available upon request for trailer load shipments. Minimum charge for less than 100 lb. shipment is $85.00 for Zone 1, $90.00 for Zone 2, $95.00 for Zone 3, $100.00 for Zone 4.

	How to use the program • Using the map, determine destination. • Freight rates are calculated as a percentage of the COM list, based on the following:    Zone 1   4%    Zone 2   6%    Zone 3   8%    Zone 4   10% • Charges are for normal delivery and do not include inside delivery, installation, uncartoning or removal of cartons. • Carrier selected is determined by Cartwright. • A request for a call before delivery is an additional $20 net charge. • Inside delivery is an additional $35 net charge. • Non-dock delivery requires additional charges.
